Mid Term Shooting Assignment
This task is designed to test your understanding of all of the concepts that we have learned this term. You will be required to use problem solving and critical thinking in order to find a way to create an interesting image that includes all four of the randomly selected items below. Here is how to complete the task:
1. Scroll Down so that you can see all of the slot machines, hit Shift + Command + 4 to take a screen shot. It will save to the desktop.
2. Reload the page, this will give you a new set of conditions. Screen shot to save image 2. Repeat and save image 3.
3. On your website create 3 separate galleries and place one of the screen shots in each gallery.
4. Take a few minutes and plan how and what you are going to shoot. If you have Basic daylight exposure determine the exposure before going to shoot.
5. Go shoot your 3 pictures.
6. Import your images into Lightroom.
7. If you shot multiple images select the best image for the first scenario. Double click on the image to make it large.
8. On the right hand side, show the metadata. Click on default and choose EXIF data. Make sure that you can see: F-stop, shutter speed, ISO and exposure bias in the metadata window.
9. Take a screen shot of the Lightroom window. Save as a jpg and post into the gallery.
10. Repeat for the other 2 scenarios.
11. Export the selected images and upload one to each of the three galleries.
***Each gallery should have 3 image: Final image, Screen shot of scenario, Screen shot of Lightroom metadata.
